2014 Reading Goals

POSTED BY IRISH IN CHALLENGE • 6 COMMENTS

For the last couple of years I’ve joined various challenges around the internet with every intention of keeping up on them as well as checking in each month. Without fail, I never seem to do that. I do tend to keep up a tally on my blog of my challenge goals but I rarely make it back to the host site to check in. There are also challenges that I join and then fail at miserably but not reading the books. So this year I decided to change things up a bit. Rather than join internet challenges I’m challenging myself to read books that fit into certain categories. As I would also like to read 150 books this year I’ve set this up so that one book can only count towards one category. This may change at the end of the year if I am not going to hit 150 books, but as of now that is my plan. If I read more than 150 books then I’ll add those titles to an appropriate category. The categories for my 2014 Reading Goals are as follows:
