Under the Mistletoe with Me is a novella by Kristen Proby that involves Issac Montgomery and his wife, Stacy. This is different from your typical boy meets girl story in that the two main characters have been married for years. And if the synopsis is to be believed these two are having some troubles. As a novella, its a short story and the synopsis has a lot of detail that a full length novel would have trouble to fully contain.

As this isn’t a full length novel, there is a lot that is rushed and as such the book lacks a sense of completeness. I also think that they synopsis was a bit misleading with what actually happens in this story. Its a quick read but throughout all of it I kept asking myself what the point of it was. Other than introducing a new character who will starts to become more of a focus in other books and who will eventually get her own story in Safe with Me

For me, Under the Mistletoe with Me, was a bit of a pointless read. Its time that I wish I could get back because I don’t think that it adds anything to the series at large. If you are thinking about reading this series then I say skip this one and focus on the full length novels.
